     i did not install it myself but you can see that theme had been downloaded 964 times and you are the first person who says there is a problem about the theme.

     there are informations about theme author in style.css file. please ask to the author. may be he/she can help.

   I am having an issue as well. WordPress is telling me that the stylesheet is missing.

     do not upload everyting in zipped file. just upload the folder that contains php files into wp-content/themes directory.
